MISSION STATEMENT
To create and sustain a healthy community where "neighbors" value one another, embrace diversity, and nurture a "family and community spirit" that demands opportunities for all in the quest for unity and prosperity.
The Consortium for Economic and Community Development (CECD) is the newly formed community development corporation serving the City of Cleveland's Ward 7 Hough community. CECD is a Not for Profit 501 (c) 3 corporation established in 2001, and incorporated in 2003 as the community's foremost outreach entity to develop residential and economic development projects.
